Shipping
How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders to the North Island will arrive within 1-4 business days. Order to the South Island and rural areas will be delivered within 3-5 business days.
Important Notices:
Orders placed during the Christmas period from 1st December to 20th December should expect delays with our shipping carrier NZ POST.
Orders will not be fulfilled after 10am Friday 20th of December 2024 due to our Christmas and New Year closure. Our fulfillment team will return on Monday 6th January 2025.
Do you offer international shipping?
Sorry international bakers! We currently only ship within New Zealand.
How much does shipping cost?
It’s a flat rate of $6.90 nationwide.
How much is rural postage?
Postage to rural addresses is the same to non-rural addresses with a flat rate of $6.90!
Click and Collect
Where do we pick up click and collect orders?
Chelsea Bay Visitor Centre Reception (next to Sugar Café)
100 Colonial Road, Birkenhead

Opening hours: Monday to Sunday from 8am - 4pm
When will my collect and collect order be ready?
Your order should be ready within 24 hours if ordered on Monday to Thursday. Orders made on Friday afternoon or the weekend, will be ready for collection on Monday. You will receive a confirmation email when your order is ready for pick up. Please provide your name and order number on collection.

What if there is something not quite right with my order?

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept a variety of payment methods to make your shopping experience as smooth as possible. You can pay for your order with most major credit cards.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We don't offer returns, so please double-check your cart before hitting that purchase button.
My T-shirt doesn’t fit! Can I swap it?
We’re afraid not. Unless it’s faulty, all sales are final, so make sure to pick the right size!
What if my item is faulty?
Oh no! Send us an email to mykiwipantry@nzsugar.co.nz with your order number and a pic of the issue, and we’ll sort it out for you.
Order Tracking
Can I track my order?
Absolutely! Once your order is shipped, we'll send you a tracking number via email. Simply click on the tracking link provided to keep an eye on your package's journey to your doorstep.
