Refund policy
My Kiwi Pantry Returns Policy
All sales are final and all products sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable, except as permitted below.
Products sold by us which are defective, faulty or do not comply in a significant manner with the product listing (for example, a wrong item) (collectively, Defective Products) may be exchanged for a replacement, subject to the following terms and conditions:
- Our returns policy covers all regular priced products and is valid for a period of 14 days from the date of purchase. No refunds or exchange are allowed after such period.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in its original condition as received, with original tags and packaging intact.
- To return a Defective Product and obtain a replacement, you must email [INSERT] with the following documentation and information within 14 days from the date of purchase: (a) a valid receipt and/or other proofs of purchase and (b) relevant photos and other documentation showing the defects, faults and/or non-compliance. We will contact you via email to arrange for the replacement (including steps on how to return the Defective Product) provided that we are satisfied, acting reasonably, that the purchased product is a Defective Product. Our decision on this matter is final and not subject to review. We will deliver the replacement product to you upon our receipt of the Defective Product provided the terms and conditions of this policy are fully met.
- To be eligible to obtain a replacement product:
- your item must not be damaged by you, and must be returned unused, in its original condition, and all item packaging, documentation (e.g. original boxes, price tag intact, manuals, warranty cards, certificates of authenticity, grading, and appraisal etc), and original accompanying accessories must be returned with the returned items. Packaging must be unopened and seals intact (where applicable) except for fashion items (e.g. clothing, jewellery, shoes and watches) which can be opened;
- all items must not be damaged, contain missing parts or in unsellable condition because of customer negligence, misuse or tampering; and
- all items must not have been resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery.
- If, in our view acting in our sole discretion, it is not possible to provide you with a one-to-one exchange of the same product, we will offer you store credits equivalent to the amounts you paid for the Defective Product. In all other circumstances, no refunds will be provided.
- Our returns policy does not cover products on sale. We are unable to accept returns or exchanges for discounted or sale products.
- All fees for the delivery of replacement products shall be borne by the customer.
- We reserve the right to reject any return that does not meet these terms and conditions.
- Food items are excluded from our returns policy.
- Our returns policy only applies to orders shipped within New Zealand. For international orders, we are unable to provide returns or exchanges at this time.
